Automatically create blog, user roles, and social media

    First of all I am a complete noob to wordpress so please excuse any silly questions.

    I am looking to use wordpress multisite and buddypress with my existing IP Board site using a single sign on.

    I have downloaded and installed wordpress and have multisite set up. I have also installed the buddypress plug in, but I still have a few questions.

    1. When someone signs up for the site I would like a blog be created for them automatically. I didn’t see any type of plugin for this, maybe I would need a custom one?

    2. When a new blog is created I think I want each member to automatically have the role of editor but don’t know how to do this. I found the User Role Editor plugin (I’m thinking this is what I want) I installed it, but can’t seem to find it in my network admin panel.

    3. Is there a plugin that will publish their new posts to facebook, twitter, and google plus? I know there are several social plugins but only found some that allow you to log in with them.

    For #3, you’ll have to connect them per site. There’s no real way around that, but that’s okay, since to work around that would be to spam. ANd that’s bad.

    You;d need a custom plugin to force-create sites for people. And you can make them editors if you do that within whatever plugin you come up with.

    Thanks Mika. I do not want the posts to publish to social media sites automatically, I just want the option there for the users. I found the plug in facebook page publish which looks like exactly what I want, but didn’t know if there was a different one with the all the most popular social media sites. And this one hasn’t been updated for over a year.

    Is there a centralized place to find people who will do custom plugins? I didn’t see a section in the forum for that and I know there are many to choose from.
