Hello, I have a specific request and wonder, if there is a plugin that can handle it.

My requirement: In addition to the normal orders, a customer should have the option of placing a subscription order (weekly, monthly, etc.). After the subscription order, a new order should be triggered at the selected frequency until the customer cancels the subscription.

I have already tested several plugins, including SUMO subscriptions, but these plugins are always linked to payment methods. This means that if the buyer does not pay, the subscription becomes overdue and new orders are no longer triggered. Due to the longer delivery date, the subscription must not be linked to the order status. The new orders should always be triggered as a new Woocommerce order and therefore also appear in the backend under “Orders”.

Is there a plugin that comes into question here?

    Hi @ersguterben,

I believe we have just the thing for you! Let me introduce you to our WooCommerce Subscriptions extension.

Let customers subscribe to your products or services and pay on a weekly, monthly or annual basis.

I believe this covers your needs! And more importantly, we support automatic recurrent payments: https://woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/renewal-process/#automatic-recurring-payments, which is your main concern.

Feel free to review our extension in our marketplace, you can ask presales questions there as well.

Keep in mind, if you want to try our products, you can leverage our 30-day refund policy. In a nutshell, it gives you 30 days to try it out, and if the product doesn’t work the way you need or you think another product would work better, we are more than happy to offer a full refund. You’ll find the details of [our refund policy here](https://woocommerce.com/refund-policy/).

    Cheers!
