Automatically Delete Cache on Comment Action

Hi!
I just setup the Plugin to work with Nginx (which wasn’t really easy at all :D) But it works very well now.
However, whenever a comment gets published (or deleted) I have to manually purge the Cache for the page.
Is there any way to get the plugin to recognize when a comment gets deleted or published and then purge the cache automatically?

when a comment is approved, the cache is deleted automatically.
