Automatically Disable Reminders

Can you please access your database, table wp_options and check the option name ivole_siteurl to see what value is stored?

Hi, here are the values of the fields:

SELECT * FROM wp_options WHERE option_name=”ivole_siteurl”;
option_id    = 5949231
option_name  = ivole_siteurl
option_value = https://itch-_[ivole_siteurl]_to-stitch.com
autoload     = yes

In the post link that you sent me, the original poster just reported that the recommended change did not work for her.

Please create a backup of your site then try to deactivate our plugin, delete and re-install it.

We haven’t heard from you for more than two weeks. For this reason, I’ll assume that either you are not interested in this question/problem anymore or it has been resolved. If you still require any help, please start a new forum topic.

I was waiting to see if it would disable itself again (because before, sometimes it took a few days before it would turn itself off). So far, it hasn’t done that! So I think it’s resolved! Thank you. (If the problem returns later, I’ll let you know.)

Unfortunately, it turned itself off again two days ago (on Thursday, 30 March 2023, 16:25:45). So that is after a month of it being on.
