Automatically download database

This is part of the installation procedure…
Go to Tools > GeoIP Detect and click on the button “Update now”. The database is written into the /uploads-Folder.
It’s easy to miss this. I use this plugin to provide the facility to one of my plugins, but I get support requests from users who didn’t realise they have to do this step. When you first install your plugin, it sets up an automatic download job, after 7 days (and then repeating every 7 days)?
Why after 7 days? Why not instead set up the automatic download job after 1 minute (and then repeating every 7 days) ? I think that would make a lot more sense.
