Automatically Empty Cart on Exit

Instead of worrying about emptying the cart, would be best to just prevent all cart functionality, no?

The products should still be purchasable so disabling the cart completely won’t work in this instance. When the customer clicks ‘Buy Now’ it should bring them straight to the checkout.
