We have a Woocommerce Wordress site.? We ship product samples at no-charge, free shipping, to our brokers.? We ship with Fedex.

When an order is placed, it gets emailed to our shipping department and the order is fulfilled with Fedex and shipped.? Is there anyway (plugin or ?) that will feed the Fedex tracking number automatically into the Woocommerce order and change it to completed and send an email to the customer?

Thank you, any help will be greatly appreciated!

  • Hi @ronr1999

    Thanks for reaching out!

Is there anyway (plugin or ?) that will feed the Fedex tracking number automatically into the Woocommerce order and change it to completed and send an email to the customer?

I understand that you would like to automate the process of feeding Fedex’s tracking number into WooCommerce Orders, update the status to Completed, then send the email to the customer, correct?

You could check the premium plugin, AutomateWoo since it is a marketing automation plugin which integrates directly with your WooCommerce store. Using automated marketing campaigns and a unique set of tools, AutomateWoo streamlines the managing of your store while saving you time and effort!

    Hope this helps!

Seriously! Spam much! Not even close to answering the question.

    Howdy @ronr1999

I’d like to loop back to the original message in this thread:

Automatically feed tracking number into the order?

From what I gather, part of the implementation is that it has to interoperate well with the FedEx implementation, and part with other, already implemented, functionality as detailed here.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Kindly elaborate further on the parts at play, that need to be maintained, while the intended functionality’s implementation is investigated.

Furthermore, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    Thank you. ??
