Automatically insert picture and category to post

Hello,
i need a plugin that checks if a blog post has a specific title (for example “Hello world”) if this title is given the plugin inserts a specific picture and a category to this post automatically.

Example:
Title: Hello world
Post picture: Helloworld.png
Category: Helloworld

Example 2:
Title: Hello World Premium
Post picture: Helloworldpremium.png
Category: Helloworldpremium

Is there a plugin to make something like that?
