Automatically list authors/users on a page

I am running a multi-author site and I would like to automatically generate a list of users, including their avatar, bio, link to past posts, and their website link. Ideally this would be displayed on a page. Even better, it would not look phenomenally ugly. Including links to their other social media profiles (if there are any) would be the icing on the cake.

Something like the Fancier Author Box (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/fancier-author-box/) or https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/author-box-after-posts/, but all on one page, not after each post.

I can’t seem to find a plugin that does this. Help?

There will be around 14 authors in total.
