Automatically post answers to Twitter?

    Is there a way to integrate Twitter into the Ask Me plugin?

    For example: when a question is answered, can the plugin automatically post a tweet that includes: A) The question, B) The first portion of the answer (possibly the first 40 characters) and C) A link to my website for the complete answer?
