Automatically Post Redirect from category to Subdomain

Hi, there I need help about post rediect. For example:
I have post title in homepage
“www.example.com”
when i click title in homepage forward to subdomain for example:
https://category.example.com.How to integration Homepage title to subdomain category?
Like web https://www.kompas.com. Please help me thanks.
