Automatically Redirect to New Post?

How do we set up the form to automatically redirect to the newly created post, instead of just displaying the “thank you, success” message?

Or if it cannot actually redirect, how to pass the new post ID to the form so there is a permalink to the new post in the message, like “view your new post here”
