Automatically retrieve exif from first picture per post

    Today I discovered novo-map and it seems to be offering what I need.
    The location of all posts can be displayed on a single map provided that one would first fill in the geo location per post.
    As the geo location is in the exif information of the picture I wonder if it would be possible to extract it automatically from the first image that is included in the post.

    Is this something that can easily be fixed or is there an existing plugin that could do that and that you would recommend?

    Hi thanks for the suggestions but I don’t think this kind of feature should be in this map plugin. Plus in lots of cases exif infos are removed to optimize the weight of images for the web.
