    Hi Rohini,

To change ‘Invoice’ please see our documentation: change document title

To change the ‘Total’ text you will need our Premium templates extension which you can find here: Premium Templates

For a invoice to be automatically attach to an email you will have to change your settings. Go to your WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice and select to which email you would like to attach the invoice with the option ‘Attach to’

I hope this answers your questions!

    With kind regards,

    Michael

    Hi Ewout,

I have the same problem since I upgraded this week from version 1.6.6. to 2.0.13.
I went tot WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice and I noticed there that the checkbox for order confirmed/send is checked. The invoice is attached to new order (admin email) but not on customer order confirmation email.
I don’t know of it’s helps you but the checkbox for custumeremail (manual email) is blank.

Can you help me with this on please?

    Kind Regards
    Peter

    Hello Peter,
Are you by any chance using Mutisafepay? There is a known issue with an old version of this plugin, upgrading to the latest should solve that issue: https://www.multisafepay.com/nl_nl/oplossingen/shop-plug-ins/detail/plugins/woocommerce/

If not, are you using any email (text) customizer plugins? Did you test both manually sending the email via the order actions and letting WC send the email when changing the status?

Other than the Multisafepay compatibility I am not aware of other users with this issue (other than being settings related).

    Hi Ewout,

Yes I’m using Multisafepay and I’m indeed using an older version of their plugin.
I’ll upgrade to the latest and let you know. By the way manually sending the email did not work also.

    Many Thanks
    Peter

    Hi Ewout,

Upgrading the Multisafepay plugin results in a 500 error of my website.
At the moment I went back to version 1.6.6 of WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips and now the invoices are created automatically again. I first have to look into the 500 error triggered by the Multisafepay plugin and that can take some time. Thanks for the support so far.

    Greetings
    Peter
