    Hi,

    hopefully you will get help or solution for my wordpress site issue.

    The aim is to automatically make the operations work as comprehensively as possible.

    We are working on a website that sends customized fitness programs to our members based on an assessment (quiz) they take. A new assessment is to be taken every 6 weeks. Based on the the progress (assessment answers), the member will receive his new program.

    We are looking for a plugin that can:
    -automatically select the right program (from our list of ready made programs) that best matches the member’s needs based on the assessment he took.
    -send the new program to him during 24-48 hours after taking the assessment.
    -automatically request that the member takes a new assessment after 6 weeks from receiving a program.

    What is the best approach you have to provide these functionalities? Does this plugin works in this kind of solutions? Can i have help and solution to this automations from you?

    Hi @gyhmarlok, thanks for the note.

    Right now I don’t think Automator is the right fit for these reasons:

    1. It sounds like multiple programs/courses might be recommended, meaning a single assessment is doing several things, perhaps using question categories to map results in several areas to courses. You don’t mention which plugin you’re using for quizzes, but in any case, we don’t support question category score triggers (yet).
    2. Timed emails (i.e. send an email 6 weeks after the last submission) can’t be done on the Automator side.

    Through our elearning consulting work we have built some solutions similar to what you describe but they were all unfortunately custom (and based on scores in quiz question categories). I’m afraid we don’t have a solution here right now.
