    Hi,

    I set up a welcome email seriese under automation, trigger is customer joins a WP form list–> send email, activated and tested it several times, it just wont work, I changed the settings to manual addition same!

    no idea what I’m doing wrong- please assist

    In the contacts, the activity is updated–> customer received your “welcome” email, but the emails nevr come through , I tried hotmail, google, gmail and outlook, all the same, email does not come through- thanks!

    Thanks for providing us the requested information.
    We took a look, and did add a contact to your account and we did see the automation trigger and the email was delivered to our inbox.

    Are you still seeing the issue? If so could you provide us with more details?
