Automation not being sent

    WooCommerce (7.4.0)
    ShopMagic 3.0.8 (free)

    Dear developpers,

    I have created an automation with ShopMagic that supposedly sents an email each time a WooCommerce order status is set to “Pending Payment” (i.e., in ShopMagic: Run an automation when an order is pending payment), see the screenshot.

    My problem is that <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>no automation are being sent from ShopMagic (the log is completely empty)</span>. I have tried to create new orders and change the status manually in WooCommerce (from “Pending” to “Pending Payment”), but nothing happens.

    I also have another plugin (Order Status Rules for WooCommerce) that changes WooCommerce order status automatically from “Pending” to “Pending Payment” after 10 days, but again no emails are being sent from ShopMagic…

    Would you have any suggestion?

    Is it because I am using the free version of ShopMagic?
