    Hello,

    I have set up Mail Mint in order to start a mailing list on my website. I have created a form, which you can see attached in this topic. For every new subscriber using this form I want to send them an email. This is the automation:

    I also tried with two different email addresses.

    The double opt-in is also enabled and I got the email with the confirmation link.

  • I’m experiencing the same issue – the “Form Submitted” trigger is not firing. Testing and manually sending emails are working fine, including the Double Opt-In process, but it seems that the “Form Submitted” trigger is simply not firing. Interestingly, when using another trigger, such as “Create a new post”, the automation flow completes without any issues. This suggests that the issue is limited specifically to the “Form Submitted” trigger.

    Hi @nimrodbekesi and @iniciopublicxd , thanks for reaching us! We were able to replicate the issue you mentioned and have already fixed it.

    The fix is included in the latest version (1.16.8, dated 2025-02-03).

    Please update to this version, and everything should be working fine now. Let us know if you encounter any further issues.
