    Hi,

    I’ve been using with success Shopmagic for several years, and now, I’m in front a strange issue:

    I’ve got an automation which triggers when a private note is added to an order, but, when I add this note and I update this order: no automation is launched.

    I don’t use very often Shopmagic, but last time, at the end of 2023, it was working like a charm.

    When I use the test feature for sending email, it works.
    It seems the automation is not triggered.

    Access to mywebsite.tld/wp-json/shopmagic/v1/ is working, but for example mywebsite.tld/wp-json/shopmagic/v1/automations is not working:

    Thank you for contacting us. In that case, please send us a screenshot of your automation configuration. It should include all information: what event you use if you have any filters set up, and most importantly, the whole action settings.

    This would help us investigate.

    Thanks also for sending a code. I forward it to the developer. As soon as I have information from his side I will get back to you on this.

    I think this is an issue with rest api.

    One more information, /wp-json/shopmagic/v1/automations/count which should be accessible via a GET request, returns a status 401 …

    Hi rzepsen,

    That’s NOT a PRO release of Shopmagic. As you can see in the top right corner of the setting’s screenshot I posted.
    And no, it’s not solved at this time… I’m actively seeking the reason for this sudden malfunction.

    No, you’re not disturbing ??

    However, I will still insist that the problem is with the PRO add-on. There are filters set up in the automation that will only work if the add-on is enabled.

    If there is an Upgrade to PRO button in the top right corner, it means that the add-on that supports filters is disabled and the automation will not work because it uses those filters.

    If you enable the add-on, the Upgrade to PRO button will disappear. If you still have problems with the automation, please contact our support channel.

    Make sure that Advanced Filters add-on is enabled.

    I installed the free version, as you can see from the screenshot:

    Shopmagic in list of plugins

    So I have no way of activating “Advanced filters” since it’s not the pro version.

    You seem to be saying that the filters “Order Note – Content” and “Order Note – Type” are reserved for the pro version.
    So why are they displayed in the free version?

    Ideally, you should clearly publish which filters are available in the free version !

    Have these filters recently been upgraded from the free to the paid version ? Because some time ago, it worked just fine with the free version.
    If so, that’s too bad and I’ll have to find another solution.

    It’s because it’s fixed in the recipe we prepared to work with basic plugin version. Only the filters stored in the recipes will work with the basic plugin version, if you do not modify the recipe.

    Nope. These filters should work with basic plugin version. We need to take a look at your logs, and it’s possible only if you submit this thread on our support channel.
