Hello and thank you for your fantastic service!

I have a question regarding the automations feature. I apologize if this topic has been addressed before, but I couldn’t find any information on it.

Currently, I’m using automations to send a series of emails to my subscribers before they make a purchase. However, I would like to know if there is a way to stop the automation if a subscriber makes a purchase on the website.

One simple approach could be to add a requirement on the trigger “when someone subscribes,” such as “If they are not subscribed to” the customer list. If the subscriber makes a purchase after receiving the first email, they would be added to the customer list, and the automation would automatically stop. This way, they wouldn’t receive any further emails in that particular automation.

Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could suggest any php filters or provide guidance on how to achieve this.

Thank you for taking the time to assist me.

    Best regards,
    Ivo

    Hi there @ivoyanchev ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

I have read this carefully and I have to say that it is not possible with MailPoet currently. However our team is now working in automations.

It would be great if you could add it as a suggestion here https://feedback.mailpoet.com so that other users can upvote and comment on it.

Our team will take it into account when discussing new features and improvements for the plugin ??

    Cheers!
