For days I have no longer been able to make the “Automations” section of the plugin work.

I created an automation that sends an email with a discount code to those who sign up to receive the newsletter. For a few days I have been receiving this error when I try to access the Automations section:

“A critical error has occurred on your website. Please check the site administrator’s inbox for instructions. Find out more about troubleshooting WordPress.”

I also updated php to version 8.1 but nothing, it doesn’t work.

I’m currently forced to deactivate the plugin… do you have any suggestions for restoring it? Thanks.

    Hi there @gianpy81,

We don’t have any known or open issues that would lead to a fatal error when accessing automations, so it is likely that this issue is directly related to your own website’s setup.

This could be happening due to a conflict with another plugin and/or your theme; or, I have seen things like this happen when there is a database table corruption of some sort.

When a critical error like this happens, WordPress sends an email to the admin email for the website. Can you check that email address for a notification from WordPress – if you can find it, there should be a code stack trace at the bottom of the email showing the plugin code that caused the error.

Can you copy and paste that stack trace into your response here?

    Thanks!
