Automation trigger not working

I’ve only seen one similar topic but from years ago.

i’m using Restrict User Access for content locking.

i’ve made a new user role which should trigger add membership but nothing happens.

i’ve gor multiple user roles enabled in ASE plugin and User Role Editor plugin installed.

Manual way works fine.

p.s. it’s a fresh wp install, 15 plugins alltogether
