Automations Maichimp worden niet getriggerd na aankoop product via woocommerce

    Hey guys,

    We have connected MC4WP on our wordpress site and I can see that it is active in wordpress.
    I have linked our Mailchimp account to wordpress, so we can trigger the automations after selling a product on our site (we use woocommerce). However, when we sell a product, the automation in Mailchimp is not triggered and the buyers don’t get an email from Mailchimp at all. They are added to the mailchimp contact list, so the connection works, but the auomations don’t start.

    Do you have an idea how we can solve this problem?

    Are you using our Premium add-on with Ecommerce sync?
    If so, you can contact our Premium support department with the red help button on on any of the plugin settings pages.

    With the free version there is no Ecommerce sync.
