    Hi!
    I’m writing out of desperation because I tried everything I could find online but nothing resolves my problem.
    I use Shopmagic to get automated E-Mails to my customers after their purchase. It worked like a charm until the end of march. I changed nothing with my automations, it just stopped sending those automations. I waited for the new version but updating did not solve my problem.
    The e-mails I try to send don’t even appear in the log, so there is no error I could read out. The last events there are in the end of march when it still successfully sent out the automations.

    Woocommerce E Mails work just fine and they also don’t end up in the spam files – I checked for all of that.

    I am in the dark here, I really like and need that tool and would love some input.

    Please send a screenshot where the settings for this automation will be visible and let us know if ShopMagic add-ons are installed.

    Here you can find the screenshots. It is in German, I hope that is okay. There are no add ons installed.

    I tested the automation with the same settings and I got an email from ShopMagic.

    Please check if the automation has the language set (in the menu on the right in the Settings tab). If the language is set then the email will be sent when the user uses the browser in the same language.

    I could not find the language setting but I just created the automation again and now it works! Thank you for your time!

    P.S.
    Language settings are visible after enabling the Multilingual module in the main settings in the Modules section.
