Automitive Drop Down Select Boxes For Profile Fields

    I am currently working on adding a vehicle drop down select box for profile fields, i am creating a buddyPress racing community and would like to have users once registering to add their vehicle, by year/make/model/if possible engine.

    something similiar to this one: https://imthemechanic.com/category/the-exhaust-zone/ but i need it to show all makes and mosels (or most of them)

    If anyone has info or any form of pointing me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!!
