Autoplay

I have a page that updates by itself every 5 minutes and I put an automatic playback audio on it to encourage the user to open the page to see the updated content on it.

It works normally, the signal rings the user opens the page clicks to see the page and clicks to stop the sound. After 5 minutes everything is received, the page updates and the sound is emitted again.

This works all day, but I realized that if you leave the page minimized for a long time or more than 1 hour, the sound will stop playing. I wonder if this has to do with the chrome browser or is it the plugin? it looks like it goes into snooze mode if it goes too long without opening the page.

my page is updated automatically by the server every 5 minutes, and each updated the audio needs to play, most of the time it happens correctly. However, a lot of time minimized this stops working.
