Autoplay doesn’t work

    Hi guys,

    I have a problem with the autoplay function on my website.
    I set the following code as widget on my site and everything works besides the autplay function.
    Code: [evp_embed_video url=”path of my video” autoplay=”true” muted=”true” loop=”true”]
    But when I open the site on my pc and on my android phone, the video doesn’t start automatically.

    I already searched for a solution in other threads but didn’t found anything yet.

    I hope you can help me with my problem

    @s1m0n717, Thanks. Have you tried with a full path?

    The video may have encoding issues. It doesn’t play smoothly in the browser. You can use a free tool like handbrake to encode the video (H.264 Web Optimized).

    I already linked the full path in the code. I used ”path of my video” as a placeholder.

    Now I converted my mp4 video file to H.264 Web Optimized with Handbrake but I have still the same problem. Is there another solution which I can try?
