    Hi, I just carried out a test on my dev site locally and it works on most browsers. The browser I have an issue with is Microsoft Edge and DuckDuckGo but I am sure this is because of the security settings in the browser. So I can confirm this works for me.

    Browsers I tested:

    • Google Chrome
    • Firefox
    • Seamonkey

    I used the following shortcode sample for testing purposes. Make sure your double quotes are correct and there are no spaces before or after the double quotes. Make sure there is no conflicts with other plugins and especially caching systems.

    [sc_embed_player autoplay="true" fileurl="audio - file -URL - added - here"]

    Kind regards.

    I have the same problem. The following line gives the error “soundmanager2-nodebug-jsmin.js?ver=6.4.3:37 Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: play() failed because the user didn’t interact with the document first. https://goo.gl/xX8pDD”

    f.play()) : (n = new Audio(a._iO.url),

    @argalep, please start a new support thread. It helps us to manage each issue independently. You can also reference this thread if you like.

    Kind regards.
