AutoPlay Preview on Mouse Hover problem

i uploaded lots of videos only 1 plays preview when i mouse over

my question
what do i need to do or have installed on my vps
to let all the videos have a preview
on mouse hover

and what is causing this
is it some encoder issue?

pls help me out im willing to donate for this plugin
