We have tested the linking of a Grab Media account, and it seems to be working from all our tests. It looks like there is no Grab Media account associated to your Autoposter connector (zoombox.tv). We have your email address from earlier in this support thread, and there are no Grab Media publisher accounts in our records using that email (username).
We just emailed you to ask if you used a different username when you registered for a Grab Media account, and if you did, we’ll need to know what it is to check on this for you.
Once you do that, if you can send us some more details about the steps to reproduce the issue you mention, that would be helpful. We do not ‘log in’ users to GrabPress. We simply connect/unconnect their publisher account to the Autoposter backend service. If you are having trouble with linking your account, and you’re still able to login to grab-media.com with those credentials, then please let us know – again we’ll need your username to identify the account with the issue mentioned.
