Autoposting not working in any of the scheduled posts

I am using version 3.6.8 but Auto-post is not working when the posts are scheduled through wordpress. It is as if scheduled posts are not detected by the plugin.
I need to do manual posting to post anything in the social network. But, this defeats the purpose. I have raised a support ticket also to get the things resolved ASAP.
