autoposting to X stopped and settings unavailable

Autoposting to X has stopped after update and settings are unavailable (spinning wheel).
Console shows:
Source map error: Error: request failed with status 404 Resource URL: https://carnethy.com/wp-content/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/js-css/bootstrap.css?ver=4.4.6 Source Map URL: bootstrap.min.css.map
