• Hello, very good afternoon, receive a very cordial greeting from me.

Thank you very much for developing autoptimize

Im having a problem with thi side cart and autoptimize

I am having a problem with it on my website, the problem is simple when I click the add button and I get a product but it instantly appears to me to zero, then if I add a second product it already tells me but the problem is in the first I almost always don’t understand why.

Sometimes it happens without clearing the google chrome cache, sometimes it clears it, but what happens?

I leave you a video of my mistake so that you can see it and if you can help me I would be very happy.

I use the latest version to date of woocommerce 4.1.1 and wordpress 5.4.1 im using also EDUMA theme

( I Block and leaving the Varnish of Cloudways i dont use it)

Also i contact with them and they say to my, turn off autoptimize, i did id and well my side cart fix it… so i dont know what to do i need my autoptimize

This is the video, ty so much.

    hello jamesbogota;
    1. you seem to have both Autoptimize and WP Fastest Cache doing JS and CSS optimization (combining and/ or minification) and that can cause problem, better disable the CSS & JS functions in WP Fastest Cache
    2. what plugin are you using for that side cart?
    3. normally I turn AO off by adding ?ao_noptimize=1 to the URL, but your configuration seems to be ignoring the querystring?

Answering your questions, I leave attached 4 photos where you can see my configuration of WP fastest Cache, Clearfy, Autoptimize and Async JavaScript

The Cart Side it name is WPC Fly Cart for WooCommerce

But the error for empty cart is for any plugin, all plugin say error for first item.

Any help you can give me that I should select if I should delete something if I am doing something wrong I would love to learn.

A big hug and a thousand thanks for your time.

OK, first things first; can you disable Async Javascript, Clearfy, in Cloudflare Rocket Loader and in WP Fastest Cache disable all CSS & JS options? We want -at least for now, during troubleshooting- to ensure the only thing touches the JS is AO.

Next step; test again and if it still does not work add plugins/woo-fly-cart/ to the comma-separated list of JS optimization exclusions and test again.

If it breaks, look at your browser console for JS errors and report those back here ??

Hello Again, ty so much for your answer and your time.

OK first i did all you say in the first step OK, first things first; can you disable Async Javascript, Clearfy, in Cloudflare Rocket Loader and in WP Fastest Cache disable all CSS & JS options? We want -at least for now, during troubleshooting- to ensure the only thing touches the JS is AO.

    And i did some test… ERROR… ERROR…

OK after that i did this: Next step; test again and if it still does not work add plugins/woo-fly-cart/ to the comma-separated list of JS optimization exclusions and test again.

    AND… for 10 test we just got 2 ERRORs… After that is like 5 or 6 test 1 error…

For now does not know what can be…

BUT if we disable autoptimize and we did 20 test we never got the error ?? …

So i dont know what else to do…

I leave you a image if i did good the exclusions

… in this moment Autoptimize is on…

    Ty so much.

OK, so can you make a screenshot of what JS errors you see on the browser console when adding to the cart doesn’t work?
