Autoptimize breaks site even after removing plugin

I recently installed the plugin and was already using W3 Total cache. After messing around the plugin I realized it broke my site.

Even after disabling and deleting the autoptimize plugin, my site breaks frequently until I clear the cache. The site breaks in every few hours and I have to clear the W3 total cache to fix it.

I have uninstalled the autoptimze plugin but why I get the error in console. Please find the error below:
