re https://prnt.sc/w0l33v all but one resource is external, the internal one is the autoptimized JS-file. I assume this is about uncompressed file transfer, see https://varvy.com/pagespeed/enable-compression.html for info on how to ensure your webserver compresses files.
re https://prnt.sc/w0l3jc AO simply combines you site’s CSS (from theme & plugins) and does not add or remove CSS, but you could look into https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/unusedcss/ maybe (not mine)?
