Autoptimize not working in WP Admin

    Works great on front-end… not having any effect in the admin – should it?

    Tried both Version 2.8.4 and Version 2.8.99

    Note this site is hosted with WP Engine (in case this is a host-specific issue).

    no; AO only optimizes the frontend, backend is way to brittle to optimize with all that JS-magic happening ??
