    Hello,

    I recently installed the free version of your plugin; however the autoresponder doesn’t work. My autoresponder uses a short code, so that is what I pasted in the autoresponder field. I do not have a html code for my autoresponder.

    I emailed tech support about this 2 weeks ago and they replied asking for the page with the autoresponder. I sent it and have not yet received a response.

    When I went back to the page to edit it, it was no longer listed. I clicked edit > edit page, the page name does not display.

    I recreated the page and now it looks distorted. It displays the header, nav bar, and footer from my website.

    I would really appreciate your help with this.

    Thank you.

    I deleted the plugin and re-installed it and it works okay now. However, I’m still not able to get it to work with the short code generated by my autoresponder.

    Once again, I’ve been seeking an answer on this for over 2 weeks now. Would really like to purchase the pro version and will not be able to do so if I can’t get the trial version to work.

    Thank you.

    I’m sorry for the problem you have with the plugin.

    Could you please send me your autoresponder code?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

    The code is [si-contact-form form=’3′]

    Let me know if you need any other info.

    Hi Chris,

    It’s the shortcode, not the autoresponder form. Could you please send me the URL where you place your form generated by that shortcode?

    I manually created a squeeze page and have used the shortcode there.

    Here is the page: https://christinenferguson.com/coaching/heartache-happiness/

    Thank you.

    Hi Chris,

    This is the code you need to put into the Email box:

    <form action="https://christinenferguson.com/coaching/heartache-happiness/#FSContact3" id="si_contact_form3" method="post">

             <div>
                   <input type="hidden" name="si_contact_CID" value="1">
            </div>

            <div style="width:138px; text-align:right; float:left; clear:left; padding-top:8px; padding-right:10px;">
                    <label for="si_contact_name3">Name:<span style="text-align:left;">*</span></label>
            </div>
            <div style="text-align:left; float:center; padding-top:10px;">
                    <input style="text-align:left; float:left; padding:2px; margin:0;" type="text" id="si_contact_name3" name="si_contact_name" value="" size="39">
            </div>

                    <label for="si_contact_email3">E-Mail Address:<span style="text-align:left;">*</span></label>

    Great. Thank you for the code.

    After entering the code, the field that was labeled “Enter name” now reads si_contact_name and the field that was “Enter email address” is now si_contact_email. Is it supposed to say that?

    I’m still not sure what I need to do to get this code. Perhaps I need to hand this off to a programmer.

    Hi Chris,

    You can click on the boxes and replace those text (si_contact_email, and si_contact_name) with Email and Name or whatever the text you want. I think these fields depend on your settings in your autoresponder.

    If you want to get the code, please go to the page you have the form (in this case is the page you sent me. I would recommend you use Chrome to get the code easier. You may watch the video I made here for more details:

    I use cforms in the video but the way to get the form code is similar.

    Please let me know if you need further assistance.

    Okay, thanks. I forgot I could edit those fields.

    I will work on getting the code.

    Thank you.
