    Hi, the plugin’s Autoresponder feature will not work for me at all. I have upgraded and activated the license. Also, the form includes an email field so that the user receives the payment response but after several tries with multiple emails I am not able to receive any emails from the plugin. Am I missing anything? Thanks for your help.

    Thanks for your message and apologies for the delayed response- I haven’t been getting new issue notifications from here.

    I have just done some QA testing on the latest version (1.4.4), and I can confirm that the new order confirmation email to site admin does work- and that is with or without upgrading.

    Also, after upgrade, the order confirmation email does get sent successfully to the email address that the user enters into the form.

    So, some things for you to check:
    – Have you enabled the email address form field?
    – Have you checked Use Autoresponder under Auto Responder tab?
    – Is your hosting server capable of sending emails?

    Under the Auto Responder tab I did not noticed the checkbox to enable the Auto Responder at first glance. The check box is not very noticeable since the borders are very faint. Here is a screenshot: https://ibb.co/sjK0Mmb

    I will try it now that I have checked the box. Thanks again for your help.
