    I think the AutoResponder is not working

    I am not getting email (personal email/company email) notifs that registrations push through.

    I checked the autoresponder part and see that it is enabled
    I don’t have any idea why this is

    Can you help me?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Also, it worked well just 10 days ago. I haven’t done any changes with the registration or event itself. Recently installed a plugin for SEO. I did delete some non-active plugins earlier.

    Is the issue something external?

    QEM has extensive email issue debugging of email sending built in.

    If you enable WP-DEBUG mode and check the debug.log you will find messages like
    QEM Email message about to send
    QEM Email - wp_mail responded OK
    QEM Email - wp_mail responded FAILED to send
    with details

    which should help you work out what you have done wrong.

    ( If you are unsure about WP-DEBUG see https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ recomend you use

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    )

    Hello sir

    Thanks for that. I had an access with the admin email last night and saw that 10 days ago, hostinger disabled SMTP/sendmail

    I saw the logs and there were a lot of replies to spam mails.

    I’m looking to reactivate the service but I would want to know what you would suggest (to my forms to be specific) so I won’t have this problem with spammers again. Current captcha is a simple math question btw.

    Thanks for your service ??

    I assume when you are referring to spam and forms you are referencing QEM? ( rather than your WP Forms contact forms )?

    You could try our advanced anti spam plugin advertised in QEM Registrations settings tab,( it does also actually work with WP Forms ).

    As it is a commercial product we cannot discuss here, but you are welcome to contact us directly about the features. https://fullworksplugins.com/products/anti-spam/
