Autorize.net not receibing payments

Hi, we are having a hardtime trying to get the payments from the WP-INVOICE invoices. We are using Autorize.net and we have update our API KEY and check all the settings but it stil doenst work, can you give us some advise on this? Our customer is really needing this to be working because we are in the time of the month when the people pay their bills!
