Autorized App on X, but not connecting

One of my sites is not working with twitter, I deleted my app, and set it up from scratch, got my keys, I enter them, I am asked to authorize and I accept.

In my site, twitter does not appear connected, I went to check on my twitter account and the app is not in the “Connected apps” section.

The setup is as described, API keys redirect to twitter correctly, but the connection is not established. Any ideas why this might be happening?
