Autoselect category based on Archive

    Hi Support,
    We have a problem with the plugin.

    The filter works perfectly on the general shop page (DOMAIN/shop/)

    But when we are going directly to the category archive for example (DOMAIN/vare-kategori/loeb/) the category is not selected be default. And if we choose another category the url will still be DOMAIN/vare-kategori/loeb/?filters=product_cat[83] but this gives a huge misunderstanding for the users on the site because they are on the “L?b” category, but only see products from “M?rker” category and the pagination here doesn’t work.

    The perfect solution would be if we load DOMAINvare-kategori/loeb/ the category should be autoselected in the filter. And if we choose another category the page should reload to the general DOMAIN/shop/ page with the filters applied as one.

    Do you have a solution for this?

    All above DOMAIN should be replace with “Link to the page you need help with” i have send.

    Hello,

    You can use WooCommerce category widget instead filter to open other page.

    Filters only applies to products on page. You can remove categories filter from the page.

    Paid version of plugin has option to redirect to other page on filtering, but it will redirect when any filter selected.
    Also paid versin of plugin has option to display only child categories in filter.
