Hello Pepe – try download the plugin manually from here and upload it.

Same issue here. Running the update does not work.

The same thing was happening on another site with a different plugin (see https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/update-to-1-5-doesnt-work/#post-8974643 ) and they managed to fix it so I’ve asked them what they did…

Downloading and uploading from here doesn’t work as the destination folder already exists. I could try uninstalling fully first but I’m concerned I may loose some of my setting if I do that and I’d much rather it just work how it is supposed to.

Here is what the plugin developer of that other plugin said they fixed this issue:

I believe this was something with www.ads-software.com servers (cache or something). I have made few commits to the repo with a small readme.txt changes to force WordPress update the plugin .zip file (it used the old v1.4.1 files). This doesn’t help. Then I have created a separate 1.5 tag in the repo to use instead of trunk version. Then after some time it is started to work. Not sure what exactly fixed it.

Same problem here – I have 0.4.41 installed and update not working. WP plugins pages reports 0.4.43 as the latest version.

I tried downloading the package from here removing the plugin directory from my installation and replacing it with the new one and still it didnt show as updated….

Anyone know what to do ?

    Thanks

This is a fluke in the WordPress updater system. Things should normalize soon.

thank you for the information Renzo, and thank you for the amazing plugin & effort you put in, much appreciated.
