Avada (Fusion) Page Builder

    Hi Support.

    I reached out to Avada Theme Support (this is a themeforest product) they have updated their page builder plugin for the theme 5.3.3. Now, editing a gallery using the photo gallery plugin within a post is a dark transparent overlay with no functions available.

    They indicated they had to update their page builder due to 4.9 rolling out.

    When I turn off the Avada page builder (thankfully it’s a plugin within the theme), the Photo Gallery functions are available to our client.

    They indicated we could probably implement a css fix but reaching out to you first would be a good idea.

    Avada is updated for WP 4.9, in fact Avada 5.2.3 was also. The current version is only 5.3 so I assume that was a typo above?

    Either way let us know what you find, if you have a ticket open please reply there if we are needed.

    Correct, this was a typo above.

    I have logged into client site appears a bit more stable the pop up Photo Gallery editor is available without the strange overlay, the only thing I notice now upon saving Photo Gallery changes in a portfolio (pop up as mentioned), there is no feedback or window close… i.e. the changes are made but you have to manually close the pop up.

    thanks for all your help (I raised a direct ticket with Photo Gallery yet have not heard back).

    I didn’t get a number with the ticket. In fact when I submitted the form you sent me to the browser refreshed with no notification of submission.

    Everything appears to be working now with both the theme and plugin updated. The PG pop-up editor works but doesn’t close upon saving edits…. other that that there is no reason to pursue further.
