    Hello, I have created my event and added the API key as suggested. However, when I add the Eventbrite Event ID, it just loads and nothing happens! I have followed the instruction but after reading reviews, could it be a theme-related issue? I am currently using Avada on the latest version. Any suggestions, please advise…

    Hi @tomsenior856,

    There is nothing to do with theme for importing. Ya sometime it doesn’t look good in different theme. Can you please check below points?

    – You needed correct Personal Oauth Key?
    – Importing using Event ID?
    – Check what message comes after importing done.
    – Check if event imported in admin or not
    – Then check that you have correct sort code to display events in front end

    Yes, it’s the correct Personal Oauth Key and Event ID…. Nothing happens when the import is done it just leaves the Event ID blank…

    Hey Xylus themes,

    Last month I can import eventbrite events and can update successfully. Until today I tried many times importing eventbrite events but nothing happens. after clicking the import button it only takes me to the homepage of my website.
