    Hello,

I recently updated my theme and I was using Avada for this site. When OMFG was on version 3.3.5 and Avada was on version 6.2.2 everything was working smoothly.

After I updated Avada to version 7.2.1 and OMFG to version 4.3.0 suddenly, OMFG stopped recognizing fonts. I now get the message “No (additional) Google Fonts found to optimize.” but in the list, there are no fonts to be displayed.

No caching is used at the time.

Why that happened? Or is this a known issue?

    Best Regards

In a recent version of Avada they changed the way Google Fonts were loaded. So support for Avada was dropped. It’s in the list of compatible themes/plugins here.

Re-adding support for Avada is on my to-do list, because the way they include Google Fonts (locally) isn’t optimal — but it’s a work in progress.

That’s all I can tell you at this point. Sorry.

    Ok.

    Thank you for the information.

I will have to deactivate the plugin for now and wait for a further update.

    Best Regards
