This plugin works on my site. However, it causes some PHP errors/warnings. Them Fusion told me there was a conflict with this plugin. Sometimes it will save media when I upload it but I get a warning saying it can’t save it even though the media does actually upload. Often times I am unable t use their Fusion Builder because of this. Another major issue I have is that I use this shortcode in a modal that is in my theme so when someone clicks on a button, this calculated form pop up. When I click on the close button, the form closes but the modal background overlay remains and I have to refresh the page. This only happens when I use this plugin’s shortcode and when this plugin is activated. When I deactivate this plugin, everything works perfectly again.

It’s probably something somewhat minor as I can make forms visible and work on the site. It simply effects the modal pop-up from totally closing on the front end and there are some conflicts in the backend while using the Avada theme from Theme Fusion. I purchased another plugin that does not have this issue but it also does not perform the same tasks I need quite as nicely. I’m even willing to pay/donate to have this fixed as I like this plugin far better than the one I paid for. Can yo look into this conflict ASAP if possible?

    Thank you.

I have sent two separate submissions from your contact us page on the site link you provided before I asked if you received them. Perhaps there is something wrong with the form on your site? Not sure what to do. I entered the info and then it takes me to step 2 of s on your form but I have not gone past that since it appeared that the info was submitted. So do I have o go all the way to step 3 on your contact form?

    Hi,

I replied to your contacts from my personal email, because for some reasons you are not receiving the emails sent from the support system, I’m sorry.

    Best regards.

    Hi there,
I have the same problem with Avada (4.01) and Calculated Fields Form.
Is it possible to get the soulution for us other people in the internet?
The Avada Support wont do anything, even though they know it is a problem within Avada.
It really would be helpful, if you can give us some informations, about how to solve this issue.

    TY

This plugin author was able to fix it for me. He was extremely generous. I’m sure he would be willing to show you how to do it. He created a new file you can include in a cild theme.

I would but not sure ow to get the info to you and would want t make sure the plugin author is OK with tat – although I’m sure he would be but it’s not really something able to post on ere anyway.

If you have not already – tell Avada but it looks like you have. They KNOW how to fix it and have the code to fix the issue…….they just came out wit a big update so they may have been occupied with that but maybe now they can get this fixed. But even without their help – it works perfectly for me now. THANKS AGAIN CODEPEOPLE!!!!

    Hi,

The majority of users are upgrading their websites to WordPress 4.5 that includes jQuery 1.12.3, but there are many themes that are not prepared yet for this version of jQuery, a possible solution would be to select the “Direct” option for the attribute: “Script load method” in the settings page of the plugin (accessible through the menu option: “Settings/Calculated Fields Form”), and then, press the “Update” button.

If the issue persists, please, do not hesitate in create a ticket in my private support page with the access to your WordPress and a detailed description of the issue.
