Avada Theme Fusion + Bigcommerce for WordPress gives white screen

    Hello.

    I recently installed and activated the Bigcommerce for WordPress plugin to serve as a backend E-commerce for my Avada WordPress site. I also updated the WordPress Core to 6.6.2.

    After doing these things I noticed that the home page of the website appears as an empty white screen. I temporarily changed out of the Avada theme to a TwentyTwenty wordpress theme, and then the home page content reappeared again.

    I’ve reached out to both BC and Avada to see if there’s some kind of compatibility issue, and am waiting to hear back. Is it possible that the WP Core update is causing this issue?

    The tech support person at my hosting company said that “the plugin named fusion-builder is causing an issue”. They suggested that I contact the Theme-Fusion (Avada) plugin developers, and ask them to provide me with the PHP version, and for the new server requirements of that (Avada) theme script so that the host can update it for me. The problem is that I can’t contact Avada without paying $69 to extend my support. Does anyone know of a way to contact this developer to get this information? The version of Avada that I’m running is v7.11.10.
