    Good Day,

We are using the Avada theme which allows us to create and publish FAQs.

    Issue:

When we update a single FAQ page, your plugin does not automatically clear its cache when using your plugin’s automatic clear cache feature. Instead, we have to visit the updated FAQ page (logged in) then click on “Clear Cache of This Page” in order to see the changes.

    Request:

    1. Based on the above, how can we programmatically clear the cache of a single URL without using the “Clear Cache of This Page” feature?
    2. It would be great if you can add a new feature to your plugin where we can clear the cache of a single or multiple pages (manually) by inserting the affected URL(s) into your plugin.
    3. Kindly look into the Avada theme and update your plugin to ensure it will automatically clear FAQ pages when they are updated when this setting is selected. Currently, it does not work for Avada’s FAQ pages containing the slug “/faq/” or “/faq-item/”

    Thank you!

Please define native WP page. Also, independent of any native WP page, can you answer 1 for us? Thank you!

    Update:

We found info below. The procedure given is quite lengthy and cumbersome. Also, It looks like others have requested the same but nothing done so far.

So, is there any way you can add a feature to your plugin where we simply enter the affected URL (or URLs) and click “Purge Cache”? Same (or similar) as offered by Cloudflare.

    Thank you!

    Clear Cache via URL

How to clear the cache for a specific URL?

I could not understand anything. are you sure that the “Update Post” feature does not work properly?

    Will keep it simple:

    1. What do you mean by “native WP page”? Please define.
    2. Your plugin does not recognize Avada’s FAQ pages; therefore, when we update a FAQ page, your plugin does not clear its cache. So, how can we clear (programmatically) the cache of a single URL using your plugin for these pages? As an option, you can always update your plugin so it recognizes (and clears the cache) of Avada’s FAQ pages when they’re updated.

    Thank you.

    Update:

While not the most-convenient method for our case, we have decided to stick with your plugin’s frontend “Clear Cache of This Page” feature to address the above.

    Cheers!
