Availability and set rate

    Hi, I have two questions:
    1) how to set up availability
    2) Is it possible to set rates in the variable rooms to select the number of guests? (One room could be booked as double or triple)

    Hi,

    1) To setup the availability just change the stock to at least 1.
    2) You can’t setup a rate based on the occupancy. The room has always one value for the guests. But you can for example set the occupancy to 3 and then create two rates with two different prices: the first one with a price for 2 guests, the second one for 3 guests. Changing the rate’s name and description accordingly. Or you can do the contrary: a double room with a special rate for 3 guests. It’s up to you.

    ok thanks for the answer, for the first question I wanted to know if in a period or a specific date I have not available a certain type of room how do I close the room?

    Hi,

    There’s not such option in the free version. There is however a premium extension for that in the plugin’s website.
